Contact and requests

Rotary Club Marea Neagră uses your name, email address, message and request type to respond and organise participation. Contact us at contact@rotary-marea-neagra.ro.

Storage and access

Requests are stored for no more than 180 days in the website’s EU-region database. Access is restricted to authorised team members. Temporary identifiers derived from IP addresses are retained for up to 24 hours to prevent abuse. Documents relating to a subsequent partnership may have separate applicable retention periods.

Your choices and rights

Requests are handled with your agreement to be contacted. Your data is not used for marketing. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of your agreement. You may contact the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP. Please do not submit medical details, identity documents or other sensitive information through the form.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process technical information such as your IP address and request details. See Cloudflare’s privacy notice.

Cookies and social content

The website does not install advertising or analytics cookies. Instagram content loads only after you explicitly allow it; Meta may then process technical information and use cookies. Stopping the display removes the embedded content but does not undo information already sent to Meta or delete its cookies. External websites and social posts have their own policies.

Search

Website search uses a local page index. Search terms are not sent to an external search engine.
